Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels on hooks or in the baskets provided in the bathrooms or hallway laundry basket. No wet towels are to be left on wood floors anywhere in the house - it will damage our floors.
Load and run the dishwasher before you leave. No dishes are to be left in the sink or on the counters. Handwash WINE GLASSES. They are high quality, delicate glasses and will break in the dishwasher.
Please clear out the refrigerators and leave all trash in provided trash bin under the sink or the garbage / recycling bins located under the porch.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please note the home was decorated with high-end furnishings and antiques so please take utmost care.
Guests will be responsible for any broken, stained or damaged furnishings/appliances/walls/floors/windows, etc
No commercial/editorial filming/photography allowed without permission.

This house is so charming and beautifully designed! I wish we had more time to spend there. Shelby thought of everything and we enjoyed our short stay. I love that the Appalachian Trail is a short walk away, and there is a cute cafe just down the street with excellent pastries.

Very cute place in a quiet, quaint little hamlet. The premises was cozy and compact, without feeling cramped. Great access to the Appalachian Trail, about 200 yards away, too. Kitchen was well-appointed and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets to keep us comfortable during our stay.

A charming, sophisticated treasure

The owners of this home have lovingly considered everything for their guests. From check-in to check -out our 3 day visit was magical. The location of Falls Village was perfect as we longed for a quiet respite, and yet close enough to explore a busy Millerton and enjoy all it had to offer also. The kitchen was appointed with everything you could possibly need, comfortable and clean furniture throughout the house. Blankets, towels, sheets galore. Everything was so thoughtful. CLEAN & FRESH, my top priority. Every expectation was met. We will definitely be back very soon.
