Absolutely not recommended. I booked the apartment for a weekend stay (three nights) with my wife and daughter - but couldn't even stay a night, due to the terrible smell which gave us all right from the start head- and throat-ache. We don't know if it was mold or chemicals. The building is very run-down and in an unsave environment (wouldn't wanna be out at night). Furthermore the guard at the entrance was very rude and the owner didn't reply to multiple messages on the day of arrival. He then also categorically refused to find a solution or refund any of the money - apparently it was all our fault?! Terrible experience

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for 11 nights, and my experience was excellent from beginning to end. The apartment is modern, thoughtfully designed, extremely clean, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay.The location could not be better. It is situated in the heart of Cartagena’s historic Walled City, only a five-minute walk from the Éxito supermarket and shopping mall. Within just a few steps of the apartment, you can visit many wonderful local restaurants, enjoy authentic Colombian cuisine, observe the local way of life, and truly experience Cartagena’s vibrant culture. I could not have asked for a better location.The building has 24-hour security, and I always felt completely safe during my stay.José, the owner, welcomed me with open arms. He picked me up from the airport, which is only about 20 minutes away, drove me to the apartment, and even gave me a tour of the city. He speaks fluent English and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive.Halfway through my stay, José arranged for a cleaning lady to clean the apartment and provide fresh towels and bed linens. This thoughtful service made my extended stay even more comfortable.The apartment is perfect for families with children, honeymooning couples, solo travellers, or business professionals. I plan to return to Cartagena, and I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment, its unbeatable location, and its exceptional host!

Nuestro anfitrión fue muy diligente cuando hice la reserva y hasta que le avisé antes de llegar que no nos quedaríamos todos los días ya pagados. No le pedí reembolso. Solo avisé. Es un edificio en una calle corta, se ve un poco sucia y mal mantenida versus como se mantienen todas las calles de Cartagena dentro de Ciudad amurallada en general El depto era de espacios como nos lo imaginamos. Baño pequeño pero funcional , cocina pequeña funcional aunque no la ocupamos. Espacio de la cama principal un poco estrecho para circular. Cama grande. Pero la cama para sorpresa, no tenía ropa de cama. Solo sabana bajera. Y una especie de piecera.. anfitrión no respondió a mensajes vía Expedia ni de WhatsApp.
