Only thing no hot watet and air conditione system is no good very poor if your door is open little bit air condition stop working no shempo and shop for shower and only one towel and thay never come and charge towel in 3 days

Only the bedroom contained an AC unit. We were not aware that if the door for the bedroom was left open for about five minutes the unit would cut off. Therefore we thought the unit was not working. After a few days we found out that they had a 'door opened' sensor which would turn the AC unit off. The face basin and the kitchen sink was backed up and needed a plumber. We advised the property manager but this issue was not addressed. The hot water heater was controlled by a power switch located in the kitchen which we were not aware of, so we used cold water for the first few days. The guest would be well served if they would properly label all these switches so a guest unfamiliar with this system could easily figure out how to use them.The TV in the Living was extremely cumbersome to use, not to mention that the remote control was half broken and also needed batteries. when a button on the remote was pressed it worked sometime and at other times it did not. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all, the property manager claimed that they had issues with the cable company 'Digicel' and that she would call them. We did not have the benefit of the bedroom TV.We felt relatively safe at the property. However, the Aesthetic of the apartment left a lot to be desired the ceiling in some parts of the property was peeling of and needs repairs. it seems as though some time in the past they attempted to do a facelift of the property, the work was shoddy.

Great location...east walk to Halfway Tree and New Kingston.

The property is in a great location...close to everything. The surroundings were clean...friendly and helpful security staff and Janice was nice as usual. I enjoyed my stay.

Was mir nicht gefällen hat, es gab keinen warmen wasser. Schlafzimmer mit der Küche in einem gefällt mir nicht, sonst einem super appartment. Das bett war mega angenehm zum schlafen. Der Umgebung, war sicher und super schön. Danke Janice, ich kommen noch mal gerne zum übernachten.

I had a nice experience there. No complaints, I like to stay in the general area where I am familiar with. There was no experience with the apartment away from the area of Kingston was hot but there is an air conditioner in the bedroom but not the front area. The place was alright.
