Start your days with coffee on the spacious back deck, shaded by towering trees and filled with the sounds of nature. Spend your afternoons soaking up the sun just a short stroll away on one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. With soft, expansive sands and a gentle, shallow shoreline, it's ideal for families and perfect for kids to splash and play safely.

Inside, the cottage is equally inviting. Stretch out in the large great room on ultra-comfy sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on the large screen TV. Preparing meals is a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen and separate dining room—though you might find yourself grilling more often than not out on the deck, just steps away from where you’ll dine. There is one queen size bed in the basement bedroom and a daybed that pulls out to a king size in the main basement. Upstairs, there is one queen bed and two double beds.

Excellent Cottage! Very well maintained. The Sun Beach is walkable but also has free parking, the main beach is a close drive, but would be a long walk. The cottage was very clean, had lovely outdoor space and fire pit and generally had everything you need to make for a fun stay! Fun memories were made

My wife and her 3 sisters stayed at the cottage to celebrate a birthday. Having spent summers growing up in the Grand Bend area the cottage as a perfect venue. Paul the owner was great at communicating and answering all our questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Great cottage, perfect location, walking distance to beach (approx. 15 mins walk) to sun beach. But very easy drive to the private parking which is what we did with two small kids. There was a nice park near by, and the property was perfect for bon fires. Our kids loved the basement space with the air hockey table. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone:)

The property was ideally located in a quiet private setting. The beach was very accessible. Beds were comfortable and the place was spacious and clean. Almost everything was turnkey. Our only issue was that we can to bring all beddings, soaps for dishes and bathrooms and garbage bags along with us. For a short vacation it is a lot of planning and coordinating to ensure we brought everything in the first place and then took it back with us. We may have missed it at booking time but never read that we were required to bring extra items. For a long term stay it works out but for short term stays it is a lot to carry for a family. Other than that all else about the property was great.

Paul was an amazing host! The private beach was beautiful and only a 10–15 minute walk from the cottage. He responded very quickly whenever we had questions and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The cottage also came with beach toys, which was a nice bonus, and Paul kindly welcomed us with a bottle of wine as a gift. We created some of our best memories here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend booking this cottage. Thank you, Paul!
