Our 2-bedroom beautiful property is located at Zazil – Ha area, at the center of Playa del Carmen, just 1 block from the beach, and 3 blocks away from the very famous 5th avenue, full of bars, restaurants and where all the “action” takes place.
Its quiet and relaxed environment turn this property into an excellent option for those families and groups looking for a nice and quiet stay.
Space but well connecrted with the lively Playa del Carmen.
It features 2 spacious rooms, both with en-suite bathroom (shower), one with king-size bed + 1 single bed the other one with 1 queen size bed + 1 single bed.
Kitchen and living room share a large and sunny space, and the gorgeous terrace is great for al fresco dinner; an extra 1/2 bathroom (wash basin & wc), a laundry-room with washer & dryer complete the unit and we have also a private parking space at you disposal in case you are bringing a vehicle.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove (vitro), toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, glasses, pans. pots, hair dryer, hangers, Iron, iron board, , hot water, TV, Cable TV (Sky TV).
Living room features: 2 sofas ( one of them is a sofá-bed with a double room), and air -con can be independently used on each area and our good wi-fi internet (Telmex) reaches all apartment areas.
We deliver the apartment perfectly clean and we provide hand, bath and beach towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, purified water.
4 beach chairs as well as a sun-umbrella are also at your disposal at the apartment
Rental price includes all supplies (gas, electricity, security, water) unless for long term rentals ( over 28 days) when electricity will be paid separately.
- Conduct oneself with respect and take into account the internal regulations of the social areas (pool) to maintain the tranquility and the good coexistence among condominium owners, these regulations will be found in the specific places.
-The use of the pool is exclusively for the owners, residents or guests of the same.
-It is strictly prohibited to use glasses, bottles and glass containers around or in the pool.
-It is prohibited to inger foods or alcoholic beverages within the pool.
-Pets or animals of any kind are not permitted in the area or in the pool.
- Only inflatable plastic or plastic objects are permitted in the pool and playing with these objects is not allowed when other people are in the pool area.
- The use of radios with high volumes is not allowed around the pool.
-Children under 12 years old must have at all times supervision of an adult.
- Do not enter water after you have used greasy lotions against the sun.
-All persons who use the pool area will keep the order and clean the same.
-In order to make use of the pool, the bath suit for all persons is obligatory without exception, as well as it is also compulsory to use special diapers for water, in children under three years old.
- It is not permitted to remove furniture from the pool area, or make misuse of it.
-The hours of the pool is from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm hrs.
