2-bedroom A-frame house in beautiful oasis, Fort McCoy.
Do you love to play in nature but still have our creature comforts? This A frame in the Ocala National Forest is the spot.
There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away.
This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
There is a blue notebook under the coffee table with general information. It includes the springs which there are TWO Salt and Sliver Glen either way from house not more than 10 minuets.
The small town of Salt Springs has a little restaurant, bait shop, grocery store, ice cream stand, Dollar General, and a Subway at the gas station. Palatka and Silver Springs are about 20-30 minutes away for shopping.
I like going to Silver Springs-Ocala for shopping and eating out. Mount Dora is a great town to visit as well. They have a HUGE flea market on the weekend. Great restaurants and shops, love this town!

What makes this property unique
Enjoy all the property. There is a boathouse and sea wall to fish from. A shed full of poles. Bring your boat as the boathouse holds up to a 24ft boat. There are 2 boat ramps in the community that you have access to when staying in my home. One of the ramps you see from the boathouse. You’ll be out on the second largest lake in Florida, lake George in 3 minutes.
There are Adirondack chairs to put around the outdoor fire pit. Enjoy sitting at the table with an umbrella on the deck playing cards. You can grill down by the canal your fresh catch! There are horseshoes and bad mitten to set up if you feel like playing. Games, cards, books, and movies for your pleasure too :)
