Charming cottage nestled in the heart of Summit. In a peaceful, secure neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Unwind and take pleasure in this open layout studio, expertly remodeled to preserve its original charm while incorporating modern aesthetics. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are all in one spacious area, complemented by a generously sized full bathroom. Washer and dryer included! A compact dishwasher is available in the kitchen. There’s a cooktop, and while there’s no oven, you’ll find an air fryer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, spatulas, and silverware. Towels and linens are provided. We’ve made every effort to provide everything you might need. Situated behind the main house, it features its own private driveway and two dedicated parking spaces.

The first time we laid eyes on the Lamb Estate in Summit, MS, we instantly fell in love. Although this house and cottage had been left unattended for many years, it was clear that they were originally constructed with great care. The original details truly reflect that love. We made sure to preserve its authenticity as much as we could.
