About this property

The Ivy On Parker Guest House

Florence's Room is the second largest guest suite on the second floor with a seating area, electric fireplace, a queen size bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning, WIFI and a large window looking out to the back garden. The ensuite bath has a large tub, and a separate custom shower. Florence has antique features but enjoys the comfort of a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Feel free to use the outdoor space on the left-hand side of the shared second floor balcony, while being considerate of the guests in the room closest to this area. Seating on the front porch and front garden is also available for guest use. Florence was named after the daughter of Ivy and Thomas Dowling, the creators of this home.

This Guest House is absolutely charming. The neighborhood is wonderful and so very accessible to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are located. I loved the freedom of coming and going whenever I liked using their access method and found the Host to be very responsive via text communications. I have family in the vicinity, so this will likely be my home away from home when I come visit again.
