We were glad to find such a spacious and comfortable vacation rental for a weekend stay while visiting Starved Rock and the Hegeler Carus Mansion. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the town restaurants/bars. The host made it easy to check in and really thought of all the little things a guest might need, such as soap, detergent, kleenex, and plenty of toilet paper. The seating on the front porch and outdoor dining space on the side of the house are perfect for good weather days. The game room was a nice bonus that adults can enjoy too. We always appreciate pet friendly rentals so we can bring the pups along.

Stayed here with my wife and siblings and one spouse (6 adults) to visit with our extended families. The place was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. It was especially nice for other family members to stop by and visit. Our nieces and nephews and their children really loved the game room.

This place is so awesome. We want to go back already and are trying to figure out when. Kids loved the game room. I loved being able to sit at the bar overlooking it, watching basketball and the kids having fun after a long day of hiking. Beds are great. House is clean and spacious. Showers have good water pressure and temperature control. Kitchen has everything you need. Hosts were great with communication. It's a great rental for many reasons. The game room is the chef's kiss.
