Quiet, peaceful location. Very responsive host. Very clean. Historic feel. Our young adult children enjoyed the historic features in the house. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle, its a great place. 20 minutes from a grocery store. And we only saw 3-4 vehicles pass by the place all weekend. We will keep this on our go-to list for visits in the future.

This is a lovely home and was perfect for a group of adults visiting the Peaks of Otter. The "dorm" room had 4 comfortable twin beds and was large enough to be comfortable for all - much better than bunkbeds! My only suggestion is that the upstairs tub/shower should have some handholds. It is slippery and a potential hazard for older guests. The downstairs shower was perfect.
