Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch sehr gut ausgestattet, mit zwei Einschränkungen: 1. war in dem einen Schlafzimmer keine Zimmertür2. Das Bad mit Toilette konnte man nicht abschließen was bei Benutzung unangenehm ist.Die Fotos auf der Angebotsseite spiegeln dem Kunden vor, es wäre ein Garten vorhanden sowie ein direkter Zugang zum See.Das Foto des Zugangs zum See mit Liegewiese zeigt aber die öffentliche Liegewiese mit Seezugang der Gemeinde ca. 100m entfernt.Das Haus hat offensichtlich zwei oder mehrere Eigentümer. Schon in den ersten Minuten, als ich mich ein wenig umsah, wurde ich sofort von einem Herrn belehrt, dass die Terrasse und der Garten auf der linken Hausseite "Privato" ist.Am 4. Tag wurden wir so etwa um 7:00 Uhr in der Frühe laut geweckt von einem Bautrupp mit LKW, die am Grundstückseingang auf der rechten Seite (unsere Seite) des Hauses Baumaterial und Maschinen ausluden. Danach begannen die Arbeiter dann auch zu arbeiten mit hämmern, Bohrern und Betonmaschine. Als ich zu meinem Auto auf die Straße wollte erklärte mir ein Bauarbeiter mit Händen und Füßen dass ich hier nicht mehr raus oder rein kann. Da von den Arbeitern alle nur italiänisch sprachen, versuchte ich in Erfahrung zu bringen wir wir von nun an das Haus verlassen bzw. betreten könnten. Er winkte mir, ich soll im auf die linke Hausseite folgen. Dort zeigte er auf das Tor, an dem der Nachbar "Privato" lehnte und nur lächelnd den Kopf schüttelte. Hier kein Durchgang! kein weiterer Text zulässig!
