I have enjoyed this area my whole life. I was raised in Eagletown & have lived in Broken most of my adult life. My family enjoys, floating the river, fishing the lake & river. We do country! Love taking the ATV’s & riding the backroads with family & friends. I truly enjoy hosting guests & sharing the beauty of our beautiful area!

Why they chose this property

This cozy house is perfectly located, within walking distance of Mountain Fork River. Fishing is great around the bridge off of hwy 70. Re-reg Dam at Mountain Fork Park is approximately 3 miles, also a beautiful fishing spot! We have plenty of parking for your boats & ATV’s. Many miles of off roading within minutes of your location.

What makes this property unique

It is great to stay outside Broken Bow & enjoy the Lower Mountain Fork River. Without the hectic pace & all the Hochatown rush! But also only 30 minutes up north to spend the day at Broken Bow Lake or check out all the new businesses & activities at Hochatown!
