"Sweet" home in a great location!
The Space:
This home has plenty of space for entertaining, and is located in the heart of Crystal Beach. You will be close to shops and restaurants, while still being only a quick walk or ride from the beach! Enjoy the sound of the waves and the Gulf breeze from the furnished upstairs deck.
The open living/kitchen/dining area has comfy seating and room for the family. The large television is great for movie nights after a day spent in the sun. This house features high speed internet for your devices. The well-stocked kitchen has island seating and all you need to prepare and serve meals. You will also find both Keurig and regular coffee makers.
With almost 1500 square feet, Puddin Place easily accommodates 10. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bath. Bedroom two offers a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk. The third bedroom has a queen bed.
Downstairs is ample parking, as well as extra entertaining space. You will find a fish cleaning station, charcoal grill, and a built in bar with extra seating and sink. The outdoor shower is perfect when it's time to wash away the sand before enjoying the house. Puddin Place is a great place to make beach memories!
Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
