Sunsets! Views! Lovely 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo.

Casa Naranja is situated on the 5th floor overlooking the stunning infinity pool and gorgeously landscaped grounds as well as a 180 degree panorama vista of the fabulous 14 kilometer beach and of the Bay of Banderas. Inside it features over 1400 square feet of relaxed, contemporary living space with large slide away doors that lead to an oversize deck where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and watch the pelicans, dolphins and whales at play.

At home, your suite includes contemporary furniture, Wifi internet, a 55 inch HDTV with FireTV (US, Canadian, international TV channels) and Roku, Blutooth speaker and Mabe washer/dryer. Also, our newly renovated kitchen includes all the necessary items including gas stove, in-wall oven, coffee maker, blender, and a refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker.

Being travellers ourselves, we know the importance of having a comfortable bed to come home to so each bedroom will have a king size bed with fresh, high quality linens and pillows, light weight down comforters (non-allergenic). And from the master bedroom, wake up each morning to amazing ocean views!

Outside on our 5th floor deck enjoy two loungers or a bistro style table and tub chairs as you listen to the waves and watch the spectacular sun sets over Punta de Mita. For easy patio dining we offer a table with 4 chairs and patio size Weber electric BBQ right on your own deck.

Azul Bucerias is located in the quiet Zona Dorada (Gold Zone) neighborhood of Bucerias. Enjoy the many restaurants, artisan and craft shops that Bucerias has to offer. Kensho, Dolce Vita, Karen's and Luna Luna are all within easy walking distance of your door.

Azul has 24 hour security and concierge service, and our property manager, Teresa, and her staff are friendly and responsive.

Perfect for a summer stay

We loved our week at Azul Condo C4. Great location on the beach with a beautiful pool and lounge chairs that we had to ourselves most of the time. Kitchen was well-equipped and there were beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers. A supermarket and restaurants withing a short walk made it easy to be there without a car. We hope to be back!

Great quiet relaxing place beachfront!

We really enjoyed staying here. Condo is very quiet and comfortable, slept like a baby. Pool and grounds are beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked and condo has everything you would ever need. Beautiful ocean view and great location. All restaurants in Bucerias are short walk as well as hospital, grocery and liquor store. Definitely would return!

Perfect space, location

The Azul condominium is just the right size with amenities (pool, 4th floor terrace) in a terrific location on the Bucerias beach. Much less formal than Nuevo, but still ample restaurants and shopping. Julie was a responsive property manager. New go-to place for us in Mexico.

Azul Condo

We had a wonderful stay at the Azul condo and it was exactly as described. This was our first time staying in the golden zone and we loved it! Easy walking distance to shopping and numerous dining options. The view is amazing and never gets old. The property grounds are well maintained and the staff at the building was always friendly and very helpful. The owner was quick in replying to my questions and the whole process from booking to check in was super easy. We would definitely book this condo again.

5 STAR PROPERTY

We've rented condos for 15 or more vacations. This was the best unit we have ever rented. It has everything you will need for a totally relaxing vacation. The building is beautifully maintained, the view from the balcony is fantastic, and every item you may possibly need is provided in the condo. The only issue with this building is it is usually totally booked for the winter. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, especially this unit, book it immediately. The town is an easy walk and has great restaurants.

Bucerías condo

What a great condo! Beautiful oceanfront view was exactly as advertised. The entire process was seamless. The owner Garry was very prompt to reply to any questions we had. There is a very detailed document provided that answered everything we needed to know during our stay and there was also someone onsite for the condo complex to assist. The condo complex felt very safe and is gated and is very conveniently located. The condo also had everything needed to enjoy the beach, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear etc. We enjoyed getting out and trying all the great dining options in the area. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to come back again soon!

Best spot on Banderas Bay!

Absolutely stunning view of the Bay of Bandaras with the encircling arms of the Bay showing Puerta Vallarta off to one side, and all the way to Punta Mita on the other. The pool, beach and surf are just below your lanai; all you have to do is walk out to it all.The condo is spotless, well-maintained and supplied, and is roomy and comfortable. Best part is sitting on the lanai watching frigate birds and pelicans sail by on the wind and thermals. Staff is wonderful from the condo manager to the security guards, friendly, helpful, and always ready to help with anything. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful Condo

This is a beautiful condo with an excellent owner. Azul is a very nice building and well maintained. Unit 4C is nicely appointed and the owner takes pains to make sure things are done correctly. We had a minor issue with the washer which Garry warned us about in advance and he worked to avoid any inconvenience for us. I would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to others.

Awesome - I would give 10 stars!

We just got back from staying at the Azul Condo in Bucerias! We cannot say enough on how great it was. The photo's do not do the justice on the views from the balcony. To see if physically every morning and every evening was therapeutic. Morning walks on the beach, sitting on the balcony sipping coffee and afternoon margarita was great fun. The pool was terrific and it was great lounging every afternoon looking out. The staff at the Azul, were amazing, very friendly and always happy to help. Going thru Hurricane Willa while we were there was an experience, the staff of the Azul came and make sure we were okay, we watched the storm from our window and played scrabbles. We felt safe and make friends with other visitors in the building so it felt we all went thru it together! The condo is close to all the amenities, the grocer store within a 10 minute walk, coffee place couple of blocks up where they also serve gelato's. A great Taco place called Taco Linda's and Karen's Place for awesome sunset happy hour and dinner. If you are looking for a little upscale then Mark's was lovely as well. The Azul and Bucerias is a great community, we felt very welcomed and we will visit again! Thanks so much Garry and Tina for letting us stay at your place! Hema/Eric

Where to start? My family and I stayed in this condo from 07/26/2017 to 08/04/2017 Buecerias is small magical town north of Puerto Vallarta and to other small beautiful towns and beaches, but none compare to Bucerias beaches. Sorry! Customer service, Exceptional, Garry (owner) and Roberto (property manager at Puerto Vallarta) they give us all the instructions and advice to have the best time in Bucerias. Miguel, Edgar and Roberto (24 hrs gate security) very courteous and helpful with everything. Also the gardener, (I don't remember his name but he also was very nice person and have done an excellent job maintaining the gardens) and the building cleaning lady, she keep Condo Azul spotless. Security, even though that Bucerias and Condo Azul neighbohood are very safe places the property is well guarded with cameras and security guard at gate. Building, is a very modern design and well maintained (like new) with beautiful landscape gardens, spectacular pool and well equipped Gym, very clean gas barbecue. Beach, nice waves, clean and clear water and beautiful beach, fine and white sand. Unit, big balcony with spectacular view, well maintained and clean, beautiful decorated, hi speed internet, board games, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, even hats and boogie boards to take to the beach well equipped. Just the works. What you see in photos is what you get... You won't regret staying on this unit and Bucerias. We had a great vacations and did plenty of activities, thanks Garry for having such a beautiful home that you share with us.

Perfect Place to Relax and Absorb the Charm of Mexico!

My daughter and I had a fantastic 9 days at Condo Naranja. Everything was beautifully handled. Our wonderful pick-up person, Sally, scooped us up at the PV airport, took us to a huge supermarket for stocking up on what we'd need, then deposited us at the condo in Bucerias where we were met by Roberto who manages the property for the owners. He helped us get our bags and selves up to our lovely getaway hideaway, and went over all the specifics we needed to know. Keyless entry was a real plus, no keys to carry in those non-existent pockets in your bathing suit. The condo property is absolutely private, beautifully landscaped, has a large infinity pool and lots of lounge chairs, all right on a pristine beach. We happened to be there during the Bucerias Kite-Surfing competition and were able to watch the whole thing from our deck -- a fantastic parade of acrobatic kite-surfers from all over the world. It was amazing. The small town of Bucerias, along with wonderful restaurants are all within walking distance, so we did not need to rent a car. Security at the condo is top-knotch, with gates and a guard on duty at all times. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with and the on-site staff were superb. We could not have asked for a lovelier place to get away from the gray pacific northwest!

Gorgeous spot

As I write this, I am sitting on your balcony watching the pelicans soar above me. This is a gorgeous place. The condo, the beach, the lovely little community. Condo has everything you need and is very comfortable and secure. The beach is walkable for miles and the waves are hypnotic at night. So relaxing. A large grocer is within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. You really don't need a car, which is a big plus for us. We golfed 4 times at Flamingos, which was a $5.00 cab ride. We had a minor mechanical blip, but the owner and the property manager Roberto, were right on top of it and it was quickly resolved. We leave tomorrow, but would love to return next year. Comfortable, convenient, luxury in a great location

Fabulous location for this very comfortable 2 bedroom condo.located on one of the nicest stretches of beach you will see . Well appointed 24' wide balcony is where you live for your vacation, stunning sunsets, beautiful mornings , going to sleep listening to the waves. Property is immaculate, pool is large and clean, staff do a fine job of maintenance and security. For evenings you are an easy 3- 5 block walk to many great restaurants, security at night is not a problem, and the area is a safe walk. In conclusion, a great spot for a relaxing , quiet, vacation. If you're looking for great nightlife, you'll likely catch a cab, but still a few options within walking distance. It may be a bit quiet for the younger set but for mature couples, it ticks all the boxes.

A perfect place for a restful vacation

My husband and I will be returning to this condo again next year. It more than meets our needs with comfortable beds, the ocean view from the master-bedroom and the beautiful infinity pool. Our only complaint is that there are not enough towel holders in the bathrooms. Minor but annoying.
