We had an amazing stay! Everything was a 10/10, from the beautiful view and convenient location to the easy check-in process and excellent communication with the host. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. We truly enjoyed our time here, and it made celebrating my son’s 11th birthday even more special. The host was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely love to return in the future and, hopefully, stay with this same host again. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a concert at Hollywood Bowl. This house is in the perfect location to get to Hollywood Bowl quickly. It’s also very close to Universal Studios - great location overall. The house was super clean and very well kept. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool in the back. Natalie is extremely communicative. I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this house! We wish we could have stayed longer. It felt like an oasis in the middle of Los Angeles. The location is perfect - super close to Universal, Beverly Hills, and the Hollywood Bowl. The house was a perfect size for our family of five. The pool is beautiful - goes to about 5/6 feet which my kids were thrilled about. The waterfall was a really nice touch. It was also super clean - and had everything we needed - coffee, shampoo/conditioner, soap, TP...and a great laundry room. The only bad part about our stay was leaving! We will be back. Thank you, Natalie for being such a wonderful hostess!

Incredible host and property. The photos do not do this place justice; it was immaculate and spectacular. Host communication was top notch leading up to and during the trip. We will absolutely be booking this property again for future visits to LA!

Wow!!! What a gorgeous home! The location couldn’t be more convenient for Universal Studios (5min) and Hollywood (5min). The home was amazing and exceeded expectations - the pool was larger than we thought it would be and had great sun until 6ish. The rooms were all beautifully decorated and the beds were comfy. The home was also spotless and well equipped. Natalie was super responsive and was so helpful with local recommendations. This was a perfect stay that really set the tone for our LA area vacation. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful and Luxurious Property

The property was a huge, light and open place to stay and enjoy family. The views are amazing and the backyard was a great place to relax, we wish we had another reason to visit and stay again.

The location was perfect for all of our adventures. The close ones were less than 15 minutes away (Universal Studios, Dinner and Show at Pantages, Hollywood Sign, Griffith Park, etc.). We also did several longer day trips and being right off the highway was so convenient (Ventura to Channel Islands NP - 1 hour and Joshua Tree NP - 2 hours). Even with the close proximity to so much, when we were in the home or enjoying the pool, it was peaceful. We truly were able to relax, spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Thank you Natalie for your wonderful communication and sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to returning!

Vacay Retreat in the Hills

The home was beautiful and well stocked. Easy street parking. The stove/oven is a sweet touch for cooking. The whole family enjoyed there stay while we were in town for a family wedding.

Great family trip to LA

My family of 6 stayed here for a short trip to LA. We booked it mostly based on proximity to Universal Studios - almost close enough to walk. It was great for that, but otherwise was really nice too. The host was pleasant and very responsive. The house was classy and very comfortable. It was a great trip.

Natalie's Hollywood villa

This is a wonderful house and was the cleanest VRBO house we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in over 20 houses in the last few years). The house was beautifully decorated and a great space to spend time with our family. Natalie is a very responsive owner, who clearly loves her home and takes very good care of the property.
