The host was friendly and quick to respond. Wonderfully maintained property and nice amenities. The property was less than 15 minutes from Busch gardens and was easy to get to.

Wonderful Stay

My family went for just a few days (we were going to Busch Gardens) but the property was lovely and we did get to enjoy the pool and putt putt. The game room was pretty full as was the entire property but goes to show how much people love it there. The unit itself was very nice. The only thing I didn't enjoy was I did not pay attention that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor! But, I got some excersize :)

The resort is a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, game rooms, and putt putt. Our check in process was a mess. We were assigned a room, we moved all our stuff in and went to dinner. When we came back our keys wouldn’t work. Turns out while we were gone they assigned us a different room and someone else was assigned our room. Luckily it was caught before they checked in. Yikes. My only complaint about the resort is that the front desk is poorly staffed. Every time I needed anything it was at least a 10-15 min wait.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite at Wyndham Governors Green and was confirmed at Kingsgate - the suite I booked at Governors Green was with a balcony - where I was then booked had no balcony. This is the third time something like this has happened.
