The hotel staff were wonderful. I didn't realize when booking that it was 4 separate rooms... but the front desk people put us near each other and two of our couples had adjoining rooms which was fabulous. The host was great to help others in our group to check in before I got there. They responded to my message super promptly, and made sure we were set for our trip. The location of the hotel was perfect! Not far from downtown but not noisy and disruptive. We nearly moved our car all weekend. The room was clean and just what we needed with WONDERFUL showers in the bathrooms. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! We recommend Hyatt Place to future travelers.
