Newly renovated interior to a turn of the 20th century duplex. Nestled in a charming part of London, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
The Madison County Fairgrounds are a 5 minute drive and Kroger is 1.1 miles and Walmart is 1.7 miles.
3.8 miles from Farm Science Review and the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy is a 6 minute drive.
2 blocks from the Ohio to Erie Bike Trail. 3.8 miles from Farm Science Review. 8 minute walk to downtown London; The State Theater, Mad Cow Bar & Grill Ronetti's Pizza, McDonalds, London Barber Exchange, London Coffee Peddler, The Nook Coffee Bar, Xpress Fitness, Union Street Salon and Public Library.

Separate Heating and Cooling for upstairs and downstairs for those that like different temps on different floors. A king size bed, one queen size bed and one full size bed in three private rooms easily allows 6 people to sleep comfortably. A 58" TV is provided in the living room and a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom await for those who just want to chill and watch a good movie. Smoke detectors and CO detectors are located throughout. A Bluetooth soundbar in the old China cabinet is provided for those that want to listen to their favorite music.
You will have access to the entire unit, along with a private washer and dryer on premises. Ironing board and iron are available in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer for those that may forget. Fire extinguishers are located under the sink in the kitchen and in the end pantry. Crib is located in the Master Bedroom closet along with stairway gate.

Empty nesters Pete & Juli moved from Columbus, Ohio to London in early 2019 and fell in love with the people, the pace, the surroundings, and the opportunity to be part of small community which had a BIG footprint. London gave them a quieter setting for day-to-day life, but easy access to everything Central Ohio had to offer. While both still work full-time, they are are also busy with church, civic, and charitable activities.
