The house was wonderful. Well laid out, ample space, great backyard. The house manager, Jared, was an absolute dream. We did experience a huge issue (the water pump broke and we were left without water) but Jared was incredibly communicative. It was the Saturday of a holiday weekend and he was able to get a maintenance person and a plumber on the same day. Clearly this is not a normal issue with a stay, so I appreciate his quick response and understanding of the urgency. He even came by with water and popsicles for our kids! My dog loved the backyard. The firepit was a great place for the adults to catch up after the kids went to bed. The street was a bit busier than we would have thought (by looking at the map), but the noise was minimal from the house and backyard.
