Unwind at this delightful house. With 4 cozy bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, and 2 twin beds, there is a large living area so guests will have plenty of space to relax. The house features central air & heat, a washier and dryer, all the kitchen amenities for a home type of comfort. There are 2 bathrooms, one is a tub/shower combo while one is a large walk-in shower. A nice patio right off the kitchen is available for early morning coffee watching the countryside wake up around a nice 5 acre pond, it is also the perfect place for catching the evening sunsets. The large yard gives ample opportunity to play a game of corn hole or just for kids run around .
It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was friendly and helpful. Great location to get away and unplug. The pond was larger than we thought, we took some canoes out on it and caught several fish.

We very much enjoyed this property, it was very clean, well supplied and very comfortable for our stay. We caught several fish, enjoyed the firepit, had a wonderful time being together outside. Tracy is a great host ! We would love to come back !!

We rented this property as a spring break getaway for our family. We have four teenage kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are comfortable and the property really is very beautiful. We had horribly cold weather our first few days and weren’t able to be outside much, but we stayed busy baking cookies, playing cards, painting, and hanging out inside. It stayed comfortably warm inside even with below zero wind chills. We also put the fire pit to good use making s’mores and my husband smoked ribs on the Traeger grill. The last day we were there it warmed up and we got to venture out more. My kids caught fish in the pond and loved tromping through the pastures exploring. Tracy was a very responsive host and we hope to return to the property sometime this summer. It’s the perfect place to have quiet and space.

Amazing Property!!!

This home and setting is a hidden gem! It's like your own personal resort! We all loved the layout of the home and the landscape! We had a great time catching fish and kayaking around the large pond! Tracy, our host, was absolutely amazing and very welcoming! Being conveniently located between Melvern Lake and Emporia was a plus! Will definitely reserve this property again in the future!

Amazing Family place

Your home is very nice, better than the pictures. They had everything you migth need and more. Beautiful Awesome Amazing . Private County Home with a pond. The Host is very accomplishing . My Family of 13 enjoyed it so much! I will be back!!! They also had my Great Grandson favorite Movie .Thank you for making Family memories possible for my family
