Why they chose this property
We love the proximity of the Pointe South Townhomes as it is tucked back near the lagoon making it a cozy, peaceful spot at the end of the harbor making it a great spot for water sports right from the boat dock. The townhome is poolside and the beach is within a short walking distance with private access to enjoy the emerald waters and white sand.
What makes this property unique
We offer a boat slip at no additional cost which can fit a vessel with a 10 foot beam and 30 feet in length. The pool is easily accessible within steps of the front door. We have harbor views from the patios in each bedroom. Restaurants and shopping close by.
