I enjoy cooking, sewing, and hosting friends and family gatherings. I treasure my grandchildren and the bond I have with them and my own children. I love sporting events of all types and travel frequently, both for business and pleasure, and find joy in a great cup of coffee while relaxing with a book.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood for it's proximity to Boise State University while putting my daughter through college. I also love the proximity to the airport as I'm a frequent traveler. I'm fortunate to have great neighbors and lots of open space near the home on a quiet cul-de-sac, and a nice space in the backyard to enjoy my morning coffee or an afternoon of relaxing while listening to the birds.
What makes this property unique
This home is in a very quiet location with great neighbors. I love the hardwood floors and the custom staircase which I personally designed and installed as part of my quest to remove all carpet from the home. The home is comfortable and cozy, I like how the kitchen and living area are an open space so I can enjoy the activities while preparing the meal. I love the outdoor space for a glass of wine, family meals, or winding down from the day.
