Located in the popular West Beach area of Gulf Shores this one-bedroom, 1.5-bath hotel suite offers you fantastic views from your Gulf-front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck.

This suite offers you a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a King-size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional half bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Nice Condo on the Beach

This condo is in a nice location with plenty of parking. Restaurants and shops are close by. The property was well maintained and the unit I stayed in was clean.

Great stay!

The place was great, service was good. There was some sand in the bunk beds when we first arrived. Biggest complaint is that the elevators are super slow. Location to the beach was fantastic!

Clean and comfortable, we would stay again. The only thing I would recommend is for them to change the automatic door locking system and communication emails/texts to all coordinate to either 10 or 11 the door code changes and locks ayou out you out at 10

Everything we wanted!

We really enjoyed our getaway, it was perfect and the condo was roomy. It rained most of our trip, so we spent more time than originally planned in there. Yet still, we had no complaints. Will definitely use Brett Robinson again when we come back to Gulf shores!

Great view; Lots of people

The suite was lovely and just what we needed. Everyone on the property was a very nice. Had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Beach was crowded and somewhat littered but the water was clear, cool, and clean.

Overall satisfied

We had a great time! Only issue was toilet paper wouldn’t work properly and bath tub would not drain out without having to hold up the stopper. We did tell front desk and I am sure this issue is minor and will be taken care of! Overall we had a great visit!! I would recommend again but next time we would want a larger unit!

Honeymoon

My new husband and I decided to stay close to home for our honeymoon (5 hours). The room was clean with a perfect view of the ocean. We stayed for a week and it was everything we needed and more! The check in/out process was as simple as an email to your phone. We had a lock code which I memorized the first night, so we didn't have to keep up with a key. That was a plus for us. We're already planning our next trip to the gulf with the kids this time and we know we'll stay with Brett/Robinson again.

Overall, the property was kind of run down. The beach restoration was going on directly in front of our unit, around the clock beeping and access to the beach was closed until the day we left. A heads up on that would have been nice as other properties were available. Lady at check in was very nice.

Pheonix west

Master bed was very comfortable but the comfort ended there. Hot tub was not hot and was filled with mounds of sand, the wifi would not let any of our devices connect, the whole room was pre covered in sand upon our arrival like it had not been swept. I waited longer on elevators than it took to get to most of the resturaunts ( you can be waiting on elevator for 20 minutes) so if you make reservations factor in elevator time. This room would work for someone who only needed a bed, fridge, and bath, and spent all their time on the beach, but not for a family who wants to enjoy the condo and ammenities. Check in was at 4pm, did not recieve room code until almost 5pm. Condo did have a 24 hour lobby that sold gifts and snacks. Around a quarter of the snack items will not come out of vending so visit the lobby shop for a quick snack.

We spent 3 nights in the unit and it is as described. We enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was excellent, unfortunately the high winds kept us from enjoying the beach most of the trip. Would definitely stay there again.
