There was a dead animal with maggots in the dumpster that caused to property to smell. The farmhouse smelled like cigarette smoke and the floors were dirty. The AC did not work initially, and some windows didn’t have screens so we could open them to cool the place down. The landlords were responsive in getting the AC fixed the next day and offered a fan for the night.

The stay was fine, the only thing was there was a lot of flies in the home. I killed at least 10. It is a farmhouse so i understand but there should be traps in the home.

Unfortunately the smell of nicotine/smoke was smelled alot. I'm thinking maybe the cleaning person is a smoker? Otherwise, was fine & a great location for my needs!

This is a great place, very cozy

There were a few things left behind from previous stay persons (A large to go cup) in the frig . I removed all I brought in, placed the only cup I used in the dishwasher . I took a shower but used my own towel . The host was very quick to respond. It was very safe there,since I traveled alone. I’d reserve it again . Thank you

Our stay was terrible.It was not family friendly. The house smelled of stale smoke. One of the bathrooms was filthy. There were no kitchen supplies. No trash bags, soap, wash cloths. The outside trash can was full. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days. Rusty nails in the driveway. We were very disappointed!
