Places under a 10 minute walk include: The beach, Duffy's, Ugly Grouper, Hurricane Hanks and many other restaurants and shopping, HB's pickle ball, basketball, and tennis courts. HB's dog and skate board parks. The HB boat launch and marina. The library.
What makes this property unique
Close to everything and has a privacy fenced in backyard surrounding the heated pool. Fido can have the run of the backyard and enjoy the fun too. Look up to see if the bald eagle family is back having nested nearby.
