Great property. Lots of stairs, so know that if you have a multi-generational family with mobility issues that there are only two master suites that don’t involve raking significant stairs.

Wonderful Time

Hands down Sky Heaven is one of the best cabins in Sevierville TN, great location you are close to every thing, really easy to get to, no deep mountain roads, the cabin is huge it have everything your family will need, our host Mantis was great also will definitely be booking it again.

Great place to stay! The week flew by with all the activities available to all. Shopping, fishing, water park, Dollywood, and all the activities on the property. Grandsons loved the Pickleball court.

We loved this property. There is so much room. More than I even realized when we booked, which was a nice surprise. The layout was really thoughtful. I loved that the top floor was all social space with two balconies. We watched the sunrise from the balcony with coffee in hand. I highly recommend this place for your vacation.

We loved the house! The kids had a blast in the indoor heated pool and in the game room. The theater was great for a movie night. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood amenities were fantastic and close to the house. We enjoyed all the views from the balconies. The location of the neighborhood was great for all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The host was great at communicating.

The overall experience was great, however finding where everything is in the house is confusing. There was a karaoke machine listed to be in the house, never found it. We couldnt get The surround sound in the theater room to work. There were no instructions or information pamphlets on the property. Cleaning seemed rushed. We found dirty dishes with literal lipstick still on them in the cabinets. The resort is really nice, smaller than the pictures seem to show. The indoor pool and hotub at the cabin were incredible to have and clean. The custom loft bed proved to be poor design. It's the king bed with the queen above it, the ceiling fan is way to close and my granddaughter hit her had on it getting into bed, resulting in a gash. The outdoor trashcan we were to put our indoor garbage in were full on arrival and still full after our 3 night stay, we had to use multiple other cabins trash cans to get rid of ours.

Let me start by saying this house has potential to be a VERY nice rental. The resort amenities and pools at Smith Creek Resort are absolutely amazing. House is very close to community pool and activities, super easy walk with little ones. The house is nice and plenty of room. Our main issues were cleanliness, poor upkeep (water leaks leaving rooms unusable), cockroaches found upon arrival (one dead, one alive) and a molding pool rug. This house listed as Sky Heaven (physical sign at house says Sky Haven) does have very nice amenities and wouldn’t have been such a big deal if not traveling with little ones. For the price and cleaning fee we didn’t feel it was a good value for what we paid. They did send someone out the next day to ‘look’ at the water leaks which continued every time it rained. They also said they received our pictures and would address the issues but nothing else was said about it and we weren’t compensated for the nastiness of the house or unusable areas. My pregnant wife(and other family members) had to do extra cleaning on her vacation to feel comfortable letting our toddler run around. We completely closed off the bedroom with cockroaches, bathroom area with water leaking and didn’t use the indoor pool due to strong mold smell. Overall we would come back to this resort area as the amenities and outdoor pools are perfect for a low key family vacation, but would not recommend this house/management agency. The house would be nice if CLEANED WELL/maintained!

Smith Creek Rooftop Lux was amazing! The cabin is spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with amenities. We loved the private indoor pool and hot tub, the game room and theater, and especially the rooftop lounge with incredible mountain views.The resort perks like the waterpark, infinity pool, and mini-golf made it even more special. Perfect for families or groups looking for luxury and fun in the Smokies—we can’t wait to come back!

The condo is extremely nice and welcoming. We did however have a couple of issues. 2 of the showers had hair in the bottom (I texted them and they came and released). The master bath has 8 outlets and none of them worked and we could have used more towels and washcloths. The ad said the indoor pool was heated, but it was not. Overall, we had a great time and would return.

Perfect for our friends’ weekend—already planning the next one!Such a fun spot for a long weekend! Self check-in was super easy—clear instructions and we were inside in minutes. The place was spotless and everything was easy to find. The indoor pool was clutch on a rainy day, and we ended most nights on the rooftop by the fireplace. Movie/game room was a vibe, kitchen had what we needed, beds were comfy, and the Wi-Fi didn’t blink. Close to Pigeon Forge but still quiet. Only heads-up: it’s spread over a few levels—pack light or use soft bags. Would 100% stay again!

Incredible stay—exactly what our group needed!We brought a multi-generational family group and could not have been happier with Smith Creek Rooftop Lux-1. The home was spotless on arrival, check-in was a breeze, and communication from Lux Stay was quick and helpful. Our favorites: the private indoor pool for the kids, the cozy rooftop lounge with fireplace for sunset hangouts, and the theater/game areas for late-night movies and friendly competitions. Having easy access to the guest-only waterpark was a huge bonus, and the location made popping over to Pigeon Forge attractions simple while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked for big meals, Wi-Fi was solid, and parking was easy. We made wonderful memories here—highly recommend for families and groups, and we’d book again in a heartbeat!
