This property is a nice little nook of convenience and quiet in Fishtown. Incredibly spacious for a one bedroom, everything was provided for me and the convenience to landmarks like The Fillmore were within striking distance. I will definitely look to stay here again.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
BEWARE ! This unit was damaged beyond belief (broken door handles, vanity top, urine on rug, damaged countertops, inoperative heating/cooling, barking dogs ). The corporation will NOT respond to you, + you will only obtain an entry code after being held hostage to pay a damage waiver (It was SO damaged before I walked into it). My legally parked car was keyed (deeply) the entire length of drivers side, as the owners will not allow you secure parking (even though they lease the entire 7th floor). Transient individuals are sleeping at the entry to the building (leaving feces and food behind). High crime is rampant on this block. You will be assaulted with bad marijuana smell always. The hallway leading to/from the exceedingly slow elevators is stained with dog urine and feces. YOU have been warned !
