Welcome to Wildflower! This spacious, all-white contemporary vacation property offers four bedrooms, three-and-a-half newly renovated, ultra modern baths and a spacious, immaculate living space. It is situated on a beautiful, private full acre of land in prestigious Wildflower Woods very close to Gardiner's Bay and Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton. This exciting new addition to the homes of Hamptons Vacations features a heated swimming pool, expansive cedar decks, central air, a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen, a climatically controlled, cedar wine cellar, gas barbecue grill, and multiple flat-screen TVs (including a 55" Smart TV in the living room). Lastly, architecturally speaking, the open sun-lit design and soaring cathedral ceilings provide a stunning yet relaxed setting for your ultimate vacation in the Hamptons.
The rental rate for rentals less than 30 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional).
For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days.
For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional.
Please ask about the status of the pool opening in April and the first half of May. Thank you.
