Wonderful location just minutes from parks, hiking trails and several national preserves.(Tonto National Park, Salt River) Home has a fantastic floorplan with 3 bedrooms/2 Bathrooms and private office area, and perfect for family gatherings and quiet enjoyment. Close to shopping, restaurants and other services. This home is ready to welcome you to relax and enjoy!
Pool is heated at no additional cost to our guests between the months of November and April and is set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees at night, pool temperature might be affected and lower than 85 degrees. Please do not attempt to change pool heat or any controls.
