The 24hr security gated community entrance will allow you to feel safe and secure as you enter and explore all of the wonderful amenities offered around you, including beautifully maintain grounds, boat docks/slips, saltwater fishing pier, two heated resort style swimming pools and heated spa, sun decks, laundry facility and horseshoe, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball, & volleyball courts. A Gem in gated community

My husband and I stayed for a month February/March. Renee was great to work with and easy to get a hold of. We loved the gated community, 2 pools, gym, Yacht club with bar. Her place was perfect for the two of us. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. The outdoor space with lots of seating, table with umbrella and grill. If you do not want the crowded and loud beach scene this is the place for you.

Great Location

We really loved our stay. Communication was excellent! The location is so convenient to the beaches and downtown. The patio is a lovely place to spend the day. We enjoyed all the amenities of the complex and the views.

Slice of paradise

Beautiful development. Condo had all needed. Resort like grounds all along the water. Pool area was great with spectacular views. Owner Renee was simply the best, we thanked her for sharing her little slice of paradise.

The property was great. Everything we needed. The community offered so much to do: pool, gym, fishing, boating, yatch club and the neighbors are gems! Renee was helpful, thoughtful, kind and became a friend😊 we hope to return!!

Great Ocean View

We loved having the ocean view right off the back patio! That was definitely a highlight. There were a lot of interesting sites, markets and other things to see and do, in St-Pete downtown and nearby. Our host was able to accommodate our request to extend our stay by 2 days. We really enjoyed our holidays and would definitely consider renting again! Thanks Renee!

We have loved our stay!! The condo is beautifully appointed and well equipped. The property allows for a true relaxing resort vacation with amenities. Great AC and air flow from the ceiling fans. New washer/dry made living easy. Gas grill is a treat! We look forward to staying again.

Renee is very helpful and treated us very well. Her condo, located in an ideal position, is beautifully furnished and perfect for an extended stay. The bed was very comfortable in the quiet main bedroom. The large outdoor patio, which looks out on to the canal, is very peaceful and the perfect setting for dining especially in the evening. Comfortable place, great views and friendly community

This is a ground floor condo, and it was perfect for my mother who has trouble walking. The condo was clean with a beachy decor. It was quiet and comfortable, and there is a beautiful view right out the back door. The neighbors and security were very welcoming. The pool was spectacular as it is right on the water. We loved sitting by the water watching the boats go by. The homeowner was very kind, helpful, and super quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.
