We're disappointed by the 2-star review, especially after the effort we made to resolve this matter fairly. The damage to the bathroom towel rack was never reported during your stay. In fact, it was only after our cleaning team discovered the damage and we contacted you that you shared your belief that the towel rack had already been loose. Our handyman inspected the damage and advised that it was consistent with the towel rack being used as a grab bar, requiring drywall repair, patching, painting, and reinstallation. Although we believed the repair charge was justified, we still worked with the owner and issued a $100 goodwill refund as a gesture of good faith. We feel the 2-star rating does not accurately reflect either the overall stay or our sincere efforts to resolve the situation professionally.
