Very comfortable, clean and just the right size for our group.
We enjoyed our stay, the landlords were very easy to work with. The house was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Close to great shopping in several towns.

We love staying with Mike and Rita. They are awesome hosts. Their home is so well situated. It is close to town and all of the festivities there as well as the lake. Can't wait until we can come again.
Great overnight stay in Fayetteville after the first day of the MS150!

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
One of the cleanest homes I've ever stayed in. But they forgot to mention the train that runs 100 yards away, at 10p, 2a, and 5a. Sounds like its in the living room. Take a sound machine.

Sorry about the train, but there is no place in Fayetteville You can stay without hearing it. It goes all around the town. That is one reason we leave earplugs at each night stand . thanks for staying with us Mike and Rita.
The house is about a 15 minute drive to Bar W. The hosts are a very nice couple who clearly know how to keep a home. Everything we needed was there. We had a very comfortable time.
They were very understanding of our circumstances of needing to get in late and leave early. The coffee was just perfect the next morning. It was very clean and the bed was very nice which isn’t easy to find.
We had the best stay! The house was clean and comfortable. So many extra thoughtful details to make us feel at home. Our new Fayetteville friends are the best!
