About this property

Runaway Bay condominium #250, located at 1801 Gulf Drive in northern Bradenton Beach, is an updated, comfortable two bedroom, two bath second floor condo located in a very popular complex. Runaway Bay is a bay front complex that features a very large heated pool, tennis court, spa, fitness center, sauna and shuffleboard court. This particular unit has beach access directly across the street and is conveniently located near trolley stops.

This unit sleeps five with a king size bed in the main bedroom, a queen and one twin in the guest bedroom. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. There is a 46" tv in the living, a 37"TV in the master bedroom and a 26" TV the guest bedroom. Everything you could need for the beach or pool is provided, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach.

Runaway Bay is a one week minimum rental.

Runaway Bay Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 250 Runaway Bay met our needs. Great location across the street from the beach. Well stocked beach supplies. Kitchen supplies (cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc) were well stocked. Decent pool. Comfortable furniture. Supplies (paper products, etc) provided were lacking compared to other rentals I have had. Unit had a musty smell to it.

Clean, updated comfortable furniture. A well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We prefer coffee pot over Kuerig, so agency got us one.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful condo & location to stay while in Anna Maria Island. The condo was beautiful. It was super clean, very cute decor and had everything we needed. We felt at home day one while staying here. The response from the host was amazing. Quick to respond with questions we had plus gave us ideas for places to see. We've rented other condos, and the furniture & experience here was the best!! I highly recommend this condo for your next stay in Anna Maria Island!!

Best stay on the island!

We have stayed many times on the island but this was by far our favorite! The location was perfect for us and the condo was above expectations! We had a couple of questions before we arrived and the owners were quick to respond and super helpful. When we arrived, we found a condo full of everything we needed. There was plenty of beach chairs, fishing buckets, beach toys, balls & a wagon to pull it all. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all week. Also worth noting everything was good quality, not flimsy as found in other rentals. The coffee machine is a keurig for planning purposes. The sitting area and bedrooms were spacious. The outdoor area was peaceful. We would have liked to use it more but it was so hot! The beach was about a 5 minute walk with public access right across the street from the complex. We used the pool & pickle ball court too. The fishing dock was neat to watch the birds & other wildlife at all hours of the day. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to visit the island! We hope to return back next year!
