Overall it was a very nice day the hotel was clean the pictures were accurate the pool was nice and the beach was as well the only complaint I have would be the wait for the elevators but they're adding four more this summer.

The room was a good fit for our family and it was a comfortable stay. However, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well before we arrived. The host also charged us an extra 50 to check in only one hour early, even after paying over 3k for the room itself, which is absurd. The resort was awesome, and our kids had a blast. Lots of underage teens and partying, but we didn’t mind too much.

The room was Beautiful, perfect for my family, the view was amazing, clean and cozy..Check in desk could use a little more help. They issued us bands that were not active, very frustating when parking, and trying to get around the resort, once it was corrected all was great.
