Stunning Waterfront Rooftop in Heritage Harbor Sleeps 10-11!

Welcome to the Coast Carpe Diem! A stunning coastal-style retreat nestled along the harbor front with 360 degree rooftop views. This spacious two-bedroom (6 beds total) home offers the perfect combination of comfort and charm, making it an ideal getaway for families, friends, or anyone seeking a relaxing escape.

The first floor features and open office space with pull down murphy bed and full-size laundry area with coastal-inspired decor. The open second level has a fully stocked kitchen that boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A large sliding glass door opens to a 12x15 foot balcony that offers breathtaking river views and the perfect spot for outdoor dining or lounging. There are several grills around the harbor walk that are free for you to use. Also on this level, you’ll find a a huge dining place for 10 people with two patios and a half bathroom for added convenience.

Next is the master suite...this provides a private retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and huge windows overlooking the harbor. The third floor also includes a second bedroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages with two built-in double bunk beds that sleep 5 people with a pull out full murphy bed and another full bathroom.

The outdoor living spaces are truly amazing with a 4th floor rooftop like no other. Here is where the million dollar views occur and we have appropriately named it Flamingo Heights... as it feels like a super Swanky Miami rooftop lounge!

Whether you’re lounging on the multiple balconies, creating lasting memories on the rooftop, or waking up to the calming views from the master suite, Coastal Carpe Diem offers a waterfront retreat that’s as tranquil as it is inviting.

There's never a dull moment at Heritage harbor. You will also have access to three amazing pools... some that are also heated, more information on this, just message me. They also have several sand volleyball courts, pickle courts, and free live entertainment on the weekends during the summer season. You will not regret experiencing the harbor life!

Parking: Parking is first come first serve and there are usually muliple spots available, however please be mindful of neighbors and do not block any driveways/garages.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We have a no pets policy. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
