Welcome to this charming condo on Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs FL. You will love the full wall of sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom providing stunning ocean views and sunsets. A screened in lanai accessible from the living room or master bedroom is our favorite place to enjoy the sea air and watch sunsets. The large master suite includes a king size bed, full bath with shower and small desk area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and la-z-boy. The full second bath has a tub for your little ones. Other amenities include in unit laundry, sofa sleeper, wifi, 1 reserved parking spot and streaming sticks on all tv's All new kitchen appliances were added in 2025.

The condo property features one of the largest pools on the beach, 5 pickle ball courts, 1 tennis court, 2 shuffle board courts, on-site parking and beautiful landscaping all newly built and installed in 2024 / 2025 after hurricane IAN. A great place to call homebase enjoy beautiful ocean views, sunsets and beach fun during your stay.
