Enjoy the same pristine beach and view as the millionaires without paying the price!!!

Enjoy your very own beach with exquisite pristine white sugar sand for walking, swimming or shelling. .

The condo was perfect for us. Location near the beach was ideal. It was well equipped for anything we needed. No real issues during our stay but the host was excellent at helping solve minor problems. We had a comfortable enjoyable month in this unit.

The description for this property is very misleading. I booked a condo in Florida so I could go to the pool. The pool is not working. I tried and tried to notify the owner about this issue. I also spoke to the manager on site. He was vague and had no idea when or if the pool would be functional. I decided to leave the propery early. This is when, after two weeks of emails, the owner contacted me. In fairness, the original ad mentioned the pool may be closed. HOWEVER, I had to look 3 different times after being told it was on the ad to find it. Also the ad has a prominent picture of a pool! Ultimately, I believe the ad was purposefully misleading. Also, if you have an issue during your stay, don't expect any help figuring out a solution. I had to pay the entire month even though I left after two weeks, becuase there was a small aside noting pool renovation? No negotiation with owner. In addition, despite this, there is other construction at property- closing parking lot for equipment, etc. The kitchen is small. If you are tall, it will not be a good fit. Just wanted a relaxing trip, but was overall very disappointed.

Great Condo in a great location.

This condo is directly on the beach with a fantastic view. The condo is well equipped with everything you could want for an extended stay. The owners were fantastic and answered text and email questions within minutes. Looking forward to returning soon.

Our first review on this property was in the spring of 2016. Since then it is our preferable condo at the Dolphin Way which is our preferable location in Florida for short term rentals. We stayed at this condo already 4 times and are going to continue. On balance, we give to this place some preference over other similar properties. First of all, location straight on a great, scarcely populated beach - literally few steps from the condo; nice condo complex and its maintaining; convenient layout of the apartment, a lot of storage space, sea-dominated decor, acceptable furniture; the kitchen has everything for basic needs, very reliable Wi-Fi (not always the case!); and, maybe, the most important: nice owners, very responsible and responsive though immediate contact with them was not always that immediate. Another good thing compared with other Dolphin Way condos: no ants, or cockroaches, or alike. Outside, depending on the season, sometimes we had problems with "no see ams" (important! read about them on Internet). And check situation with the Red Tide - it may be really serious. To finish on a positive note: this condo is "equipped" with great sunset views! Katia and Boris, Montreal, Oct -Dec 2018

Lovely relaxing holiday

Very nicely appointed apartment, being on the top floor of the block it benefits from superior beach and ocean views, the apartment was clean, quiet and fully equipped, the communal areas including the swimming pool were also well kept. My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will look to re book next time we visit the usa.
