Nice Condo Awful Balcony Sliding Door

The condo was nice and clean and the beach access was super easy. Unfortunately, the door that leads out to the balcony from the living room makes an excruciating sound. Highly recommend fixing that because if anyone in the condo is trying to sleep, it can be heard. Also, the pool gates slam pretty loudly as well and can be heard from the master bedroom.

Decent place

For location it was great! Amenities were not the best at the facility. Just needed updated and maintenance done on some things. Furniture in the condo was dirty we had to throw sheets over them to sit. Just felt nasty. Dishwasher was falling out of the hole it was in when we opened it. Microwave wouldn’t open completely for hitting the fridge. Balcony door would not lock. And one chair was busted on the balcony. Tried calling the front desk never received and answer. Just gave up. But location was amazing.

Phoenix II

Enjoyed the location and property, the bed was a little firm, the floors needed a little more attention, but the property was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The elevators went down once during our stay and had to take the stairs to the 12th floor. I would recommend this property.
