Luxury house on the front line of the sea

All of the rooms within the villa with it’s large bright windows, have beautiful sea views, allowing for the sensation that you are actually at sea. All windows have electric blinds. The house also has wireless DSL internet connection for those of you who wish to bring along a laptop.
The house itself is on three levels, with a beautiful front terrace where you may enjoy the captivating view to the sea while enjoying your morning tea, or even meals al fresco. There is also a terrace at the rear of the house which comes complete with barbecue. There is also an impressive covered swimming pool of 11m x 4m which allows you to swim in total privacy.
On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge and dining room with a real fire place, along with well equipped kitchen with all the latest utensils, each of these rooms all boasting the surrounding Mediterranean views via the large windows. There is also a bathroom.

Great location

The house is located in a wonderful, peaceful area which we immensely enjoyed. There are restaurants in walking distance and a really great beach close by. The house is clean and very well maintained. It is great for families and 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have water views which is great. We had a great week here.

Family Getaway

This property was just marvellous in both standards and the location. We had 4 wonderful weeks here with our family. The house was well appointed and had everything you needed. Juan and his team were so attentive and even made sure we were safe during a huge storm. I would return to both Son Serra and this house again.

Exactly as it was advertised, superb location and a sleek modern property.

Fantastic property the vendor was very helpful and at hand if needed. On the initial walk round the property the vendor pointed out the the slight damage to items that was present along with instructions to all the modern amenities. The pool area was was spacious and clean and could be enhances with pool and table tennis tables. The shutters on the windows at the front of the property needs a lick of paint.

Beautiful house in excellent location

We had a fantastic stay! As we had an early flight, Juan very kindly let us check in early on the day of arrival. He met us at the property and took us through the house, showing us where everything was and how everything worked. When there was a problem with the fridge, he came all the way from Palma in the evening, within about an hour after we called him, to sort it out for us. I can highly recommend staying here and if we are in need of renting this size house again in the future, we will definitely rent this again. Thank you Juan - we really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa!

Excellent house

As stated before on here, the house is what you see in the pictures, excellent! Probably the highest standard rental we have stayed in. The facilities are excellent and Juan is a lovely friendly man and is very caring about his house, it shows. Beds, showers and the overall property is of a high standard and the views are perfect, especially from the top floor suite. Pretty much faultless in my view. Amazing villa with fantastic views

Just back from from an amazing 10 days. The villa was immaculately presented. Nothing was too much trouble for Juan, greeting us and seeing us off and only a WhatsApp message away. The views over the bay were amazing, much time was spent listening to the waves or enjoying the sunrise. Many hours were invested in the refreshing indoor pool safely away from the mid day sun. We found Mos just round the corner a great place for a delicious meal. Can Picafort and Alcudia only a short drive away for more excitement and Colonia De Sant Pere for a more relaxed evening watching the sunset, also a great location for some snorkelling.

Hidden gem in residential beach area

This was a ten plus house and experience in every respect .Juan, the owner and caretaker, keeps the residence immaculately clean and updated even with refreshments in the fridge upon arrival. He is very helpful with area activity planning as well. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with 4-5 restaurants and markets in walking distance. There is a small bar and eatery right next door as well. The beach is maybe a mile away and a marina right out front with spectacular views from every balcony. The indoor pool refreshing but ice cold. Great parking, good wiifii and easy access to the home. Sleeps 8 comfortably. All in all, if you are looking for an oceanfront home near to the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to the tourist areas like alcudia an manacor, this is it.

Simply bliss

We spend a wonderful 7 days here. Juan was very accommodating with our late arrival due to ferry delay, took time to show us everything. The house is amazing and the indoor pool in the basement a lovely bonus for cooking off from the heat of the sun - it’s actually great that it’s not heated as it’s really refreshing! So grateful for air on in bedrooms and the beds and pillows are so comfortable, and thanks to the black-out shutters we all slept really well each night. This part of Son Serra is so tranquil. The sea is right in front of you and - whilst there’s lots to do in terms of local eateries, surfing, marina etc, we just enjoyed a few morning strolls and the excellent paella at Sis Pins
. Rest of the time we simply chilled with a drink and a book and watched the sea

Safe and Sound in Son Serra!

We stayed at Juan’s house from July 30-Aug 12, 2023, we are from the states and Dad, 3 kids 17,16, and 14. Everything said about Juan and the house is true. I was very hot the two weeks we stayed in Son Serra, 34 C most days so my children certainly enjoy the AC and the pool on several days. We had a rental car that we parked right in front of the house without trouble every single day. We would come and go often without trouble. As wonderful as the house is we loved the area even more. I’d encourage any visitors to walk the coast in either direction for 3 K or so, nice beach to either side. The natural preserve to left beyond the marina as a gorgeous beach, but to the right there’s a beach with an outdoor shower and a fantastic beach restaurant called Moomba. Excellent food and cocktails, great for people watching just hanging out for hours. Monday seems like the drop off a bus full of tourists and Tuesday they are closed. The small restaurant just to the left of the house was great, nice for morning cappuccinos and expressos, or a quick lunch if a tired Dad is too lazy to make something. Or even a late day beer, the sunset is nice from the top of the Jetty. Mos was our favorite restaurant the food and cocktails are tremendous. My children are celiac and while the menu doesn’t call out options or label we found numerous items that were sin gluten. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben zu acht eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Das Meer ist wirklich direkt vor der TĂŒr. Alles war sauber und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern sind sehr gut. FußlĂ€ufig kommt man zu sehr guten Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters. Er war zu jeder Zeit fĂŒr Fragen ansprechbar und sehr um unser Wohl bemĂŒht. Er ermöglichte uns sogar einen wesentlich frĂŒheren Check-In. Zusammenfassend haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden dieses Ferienhaus erneut buchen.

Morgens aufwachen mit Meerblick

Wir, drei befreundete Paare, haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Bohemi sehr genossen. In diesem Haus fehlte es an nichts, man sah immer das Meer, es war hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool im UG war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur eine Wonne! Juan, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar. Die kleinen NaturstrĂ€nde waren mit wenigen Schritten erreichbar, jedoch gab es dort weder Liegen noch Schirme, was bei den herrschenden hohen Temperaturen ganz schön gewesen wĂ€re. DafĂŒr war der ganze Ort herrlich ruhig und es gab keine Spuren von Massentourismus. Ein Supermarkt, eine tolle Strandbar, sowie mehrere Restaurants waren fusslĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Besonders empfehlen können wir das „mos“, wo es eine richtig gute KĂŒche, einen total netten Inhaber und tolle Mitarbeiter gibt!

Loved staying here and the pics are what you get. 4 very usable restaurants only 2-3 minutes walk away and small supermarkets within walking range. Used the pool surprisingly little- possibly as it is indoors. Not surprised that the villa gets booked quickly and Juan is incredibly helpful. Would stay again for sure

Perfect Location

My family of eight enjoyed 14 days in June of 22. Our first time in Mallorca. The house is extremely clean and well appointed. It’s located in a lovely little town of Son Serra which we came to adore. Our kids could walk to the beach, for ice cream, to the supermarket— it was perfectly safe and delightfully low key. Son Serra is ideally situated — and an easy drive to so many great beaches. Too many to list. We jet skied in Cala Picafort, parasailed in Cala Alcudia and rented a captained boat in Port D’Alcudia and explored Platja des Coll Baix —a remote beach only reachable by boat or an hour long hike. We also visited the charming city of Arta for dinner—highly recommend. All in all, this house is an excellent option if you are looking for a relaxing vacation and in our opinion is not at all touristy like the other places along this coast. The owner Juan was very responsive and allows an early check in. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es wurde uns am Anreisetag durch Juan sehr freundlich und absolut sauber ĂŒbergeben. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, man kann sich wie zu Hause fĂŒhlen. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und der Verkehr auf der Straße vor dem Haus sehr gering. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he sind auf fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, sowie wirklich gute Restaurants. Die einzige kleine EnttĂ€uschung fĂŒr die Kinder war, dass der Pool im April noch so kalt wie ein Sauna-Tauchbecken war, und dadurch leider nicht nutzbar. Aber es steht auch im Inserat dass er nicht beheizt ist. Dennoch können wir das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen - wir wĂŒrden wieder kommen!!
