Welcome to your next Outer Banks escape! BV725 was completed renovated in 2024 with comfort and the ocean in mind. The Master suite has a Queen bed, large walk-in shower, and private door leading to covered deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom each also hold a Queen bed, sharing a hall bathroom. This is a Saturday turn day property. 2 mounted flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, furnished deck with seating for 4 people, an outside shower on the ground floor of the building are just some of the perks. This condo is also located in a elevator building, making move-in & out a breeze! View of canal and docks and parking for 2 vehicles maximum, neither spot is covered. 25' boat slip is located across the street at Rudder Canal #73 and parking for boat/jet-ski trailer is available off site for a fee. Soak up the sun by our community pool, work up a sweat in the fitness center, or traverse the miles of lighted docks around the community, all included with your rental!
