Memory foam beds & sofas convert to xl twins. Great for adventurers, solo business travelers, friend reunions, families, and furry friends (pets).
Comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms (one king and 1 queen), 2 west elm sofa beds, Two vintage inspired bathrooms with lots of storage. Other amenities include an ensuite and a full size washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, elevator access, gated and covered parking. There is one secure covered parking space provided. There is ample street parking for extra vehicles.

I was not able to access my accommodations. The note that the “main entrance closes after 6” implied that there were other entrances after six. However, that was not the case for my visit. I called the host and it said the phone was disconnected. I messaged the host, and the response I received later that morning was that she was in Europe. My sister and I were stranded outside at 2 in the morning after my flight was delayed, with no access to the building. I had to get a hotel for the night. When I came back the next morning to figure it out, the host was unavailable due to being in Europe, and the two contacts that she connected me with had either never been to visit the area, so they couldn’t help and the other person was busy with a baby shower. The host didn’t even bother getting my name right in the initial message. Just disappointed, as I’ve never had a bad Vrbo experience before this.

Everything is as advertised here and better. If you love old buildings you'll love this wonderful, spacious & light filled apt. Kitchen filled with all needed for cooking/eating. Parking is gated and secure. Entry is simple with no fussy locks etc. Location is fantastic for access to shops and restaurants tho on an extremely quiet street. We will return !

Perfect location in OKC

This 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for our family of three. Perfect location to get to the Convention Center for our daughters cheer competition. It was great to have the kitchen so we could relax in the morning and evening without having to go out if we didn’t want to. Property manager sent out clear instructions on checking in/out. Definitely recommend.

Girls weekend museum trip

Live in Dallas and traveled to OKC for the Edith Head exhibit. We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra day once we knew we could book another night. Location was perfect. Apartment was clean, pictures were accurate best of all no surprises. Directions for check in and getting keys were a bit wonky for me but I have a hard time finding my way out of a parking lot most of the time. Host was nice and responded quickly.

Charming apartment

We were in Oklahoma City for a friend’s multi-day birthday celebration. The location of the building was convenient to downtown events and museums. The accommodations offered wonderful natural light, it was clean, bed was comfortable, it had the charm of an old building with a beautiful facelift, and the residents of the building were very friendly. An issue with the microwave was attended to within minutes of contacting our host and a new microwave was installed the same day. We highly recommend this place for anyone planning a stay in Midtown Oklahoma City!

Sweet Sunny Space in OKC

This sunshine-filled apartment in Midtown OKC was the perfect space for us! The location can’t be beat as it’s within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and boutiques. If you’d rather drive, then everywhere you want to be will only take you a few minutes in the car! The area is safe and the people you might meet are so kind and welcoming! The apartment has everything you need including comfy beds, lots of towels, wifi, and even shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and soap. We would definitely stay again!

Everything you need!!!

Just bring clothes and food! Everything was so well provided otherwise! Bringing food is optional due to all the eateries in close proximity. The trolley is about a block away which we took to Bricktown and Paycom Center. Never had to get our car out of the secure parking the entire weekend! The apartment is so comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. And the tenants I met are so nice and welcoming! Would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was a Great place to stay!!! Easy access to any place we wanted to go. We did have a few nights that the outside patio was really loud after quiet, and the only other problem was the elevator stopped working the day before we left. My mom is 82 so the elevator was necessary for her!

We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. We consider ourselves good company, good humor, open-minded, collaborative and hopefully useful when giving directions to the city so that you feel comfortable and safe in Oklahoma City.

Why they chose this property

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around had been blighted and without any care or redlined from investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

What makes this property unique

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. 2018 will be start of street car access one block away.
It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
