Quite possibly the best stocked and quality kitchen of any vacation rental I have stayed in and the cabin had about everything you could think of as well and was super clean. The view from the porch is outstanding and very peaceful. I had one question during my stay and Daniel was quick to respond and checked in on us again during our stay. Drive to cabin is no problem as well. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Mike, this absolutely made my day. Thank you.
I’m so glad the kitchen stood out to you! We’ve put a lot of thought into stocking it with the kind of tools and quality items we’d want to use ourselves, so it means a lot that you noticed. And I couldn’t agree more about that porch view. It really does have a special kind of peace to it.
I’m also happy to hear the drive was smooth and that you felt well taken care of during your stay. That’s always the goal.
We’d love to host you again anytime. Thanks so much for choosing our cabin and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

Our goal is to provide a great experience for each guest. Thank you for the kind words. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay.
This place is just as described! Very peaceful and has a beautiful mountain view. Daniel is a great host! We loved hanging out on the balcony. Being from the Midwest, we enjoyed watching a storm roll in over the mountains. It was a neat experience! The little details Daniel incorporated in his cabin were very thoughtful and made the cabin feel extra cozy. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the Franklin area. Thanks for the waterfall/hiking recommendations also. They were beautiful!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and mountain views—there’s something special about watching a storm roll through the Smokies. I’m happy to hear the little details helped make your stay extra cozy, and that you had the chance to enjoy the waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime you’re in Franklin!
Daniel the Host, was the best . He responded quickly from day one, he had some great recommendations, he was great to offer help if we needed it or if we had questions. He was wonderful about our us bringing our fur babies. They had left treats for them and had dog bowls for them if we would have forgot ours. They also left a lovely welcoming snack for us. I can’t say enough about Daniel. It was like we already knew as a friend or something he was that great. The cabin was beautiful and so cozy. Everything about it was just great. It was like a home away from home . It had all the amenities they had thought of everything from the phone chargers to the shower steamers. All the utilities and appliances were up to date very nice ones too. Comfortable furniture and even lovely throws on the couch and beds. We didn’t want to leave it was so nice. Loved all the different flavors off coffee creamers & tea was a plus too. Daniel is so informative about the area. There are some great places to eat and shop. We loved Graff’s and Anny’s homemade ice cream. We also went to Highlands it was close to go see.We had a wonderful trip. Definitely coming back.

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. Reading your review truly made my day.
I’m really grateful you felt so welcomed and comfortable during your stay. That’s always the goal. Knowing the cabin felt like a “home away from home” for y’all (and your fur babies!) means a lot to me. I’m glad the little touches and the small comforts around the cabin made a difference.
It’s also awesome to hear you enjoyed Graff’s and Anny’s—those are two of our family favorites too! Highlands is such a great spot for a day trip, so I’m glad you were able to explore a bit while you were here.
Thank you again for choosing our place and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. Guests like you make hosting such a joy. We’d absolutely love to have you back anytime you’re ready for another getaway.
The view was fantastic, and better than what the photos show. The drive up to the house was paved, and our front wheel drive Honda Pilot made it without any issues.

Thank you Mike for this great review. I really appreciate you mentioning how easy it is to drive up to the cabin. People love Mountain views, but many times those views comes with a steep, uneasy drive. We take a lot of pride in how well our roads are cared for and how easy it is to drive up the gravel driveway.
