A stunning mountainside home that you will never want to leave! A unique secluded location that is VERY EASY to access with MILLION-DOLLAR VIEWS! No other home in this area can match our views! NONE! ZERO! Our reviews prove that!

The home is a short one minute drive off the lightly traveled main rural highway providing easy access via PAVED roads. EASILY ACCESSED by 2WD vehicles except during occasional light snow in January-February. 4WD or AWD is recommended IN WINTER but NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY in January and February. It is very easy to access the home on motorcycles. We have had many biker groups with no issues. Roads are blacktop paved to the home. There is extra FLAT trailer or car parking adjacent to the home.

Located exactly in between the towns of Franklin and Bryson City. Easy access to both towns and the all Nantahala outdoor activities including Lake Fontana. Asheville, Dillsboro, Waynesville, Sylva, Cherokee and Highlands are other great towns near us to explore.

Keurig brand DUO coffeemaker can brew regular pot or use K-Cups.
Satellite WiFi throughout the house.

READ CAREFULLY...( Minimum Stay Policy) 4 night minimum rental required over major Federal holidays. (Google it) 7 night minimum over: 4th of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving and during the entire month of October. (Leaf Season). Requests for less cannot be honored.

Rates are based on demand and change from time to time. The average rate is between $225 and $255 per night for the 2 bedroom, 2 bath portion of the home. This is ample space for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

There is an OPTIONAL EXTRA MASTER SUITE available to ADD to your rental for an additional $50 per night. You must request this space if you need it or have 6 guests or more. This space remains locked off and UNOCCUPIED if you do not need the additional space for your stay. NO ONE ELSE WILL OCCUPY THIS SPACE DURING YOUR STAY.

On occasion we will honor a 2 night stay if there are 2 nights open between other stays on the calendar. This is at owner discretion so please make sure to inquire first.

We allow up to 2 pets ONLY with paid pet fee of $120. Exceptions can be made with increased fees and owner approval

We do not have an outdoor fire-pit. They are a forest-fire hazard in our location. You may bring a Solo-Stove for use only on the concrete driveway.

Home may not be suitable for YOUNG children. NO YARD and steep terrain.
Priority given to stays longer than 3 nights. Four night minimum stay over major holidays.

Owner has the option to modify minimum stays according to seasonal demand at any time.
