There is a family room on the lower level with foosball , a couch, game table, and smart TV. There are 5 SMART TV’s and cable throughout the home. Enjoy the deck with a fire pit table. The patio with hot tub. There is a carport/covered parking that will accommodate your sports cars, motorcycles or boats. The lodge has easy access off of a paved road. Great location. We spent time mountain biking at Tsali, hiked at Deep Creek, and also went to Mountain Layers Brewery in Bryson City. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen, nice deck and patio area for grilling.

Polar Express

We stayed there to take one set of grandchildren to Polar Express and will be back in 2 weeks with the second set. This was not just a house … it’s was more like a home. Has everything you could ask for and is immaculate. Check in and out is a breeze and owner answers quickly, Wow, a great choice!

Tucked away gem

Tucked way back off the main road this cabin was more than I had anticipated. It was still decorated for the holidays which made NYE feel like we were right at home. Situated close enough to the casino, Bryson City and the many breweries to make day trips an ease. Enough space for us all to hang out together and it was doggie friendly! I would definitely recommend and I will be staying again!!!

Best Little Get Away Ever!

This is undoubtedly one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. The beds were comfy and had the crisp white linens I like. The kids loved the downstairs playroom and all the games. The fireplace with instant heat was wonderful and so was the hot tub! The TV's were so nice and giant sized. The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. We came to ride the Polar Xpress and to tell the truth, the house surpassed the train. Thank you for a wonderful rental!

A vacation to remember

The house was very comfortable and welcoming. Well stocked with everything we needed there is a store within about 6 miles which was convenient. We did a lot of riding while there and loved the area. We have a big bike trailer it was a little tricky getting it parked for us to get the bikes in and out but once we did it worked great. The covered patio was nice for leaving the bikes out of the weather. I would warn if you are not an experienced rider the road up to the driveway is a little steep and gravel so just be careful coming up and down it. The road coming in is windy and narrow as well but other than that we didn’t experienced any issues.

Hot tub was awesome. Wonderful place for our pets. My granddaughter loved the basement, she had her own place, she is 19. The house had everything you need. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful layout of house with two rooms upstairs and the other bedroom downstairs. We loved how all the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled. Our family of 4 plus 1 came to the area for Miata’s At The Gap. My son brought his car and loved the location for going to Fontana and the Dragon every day. The covered parking was a bonus and a big reason for me booking. The yard was fabulous for walking our dogs. We will definitely consider for our stay next year.

This place was amazing, if you looking to stay somewhere with that cozy mountain feeling than look no further this place is hands down top tier. Although we didn’t get to use all the amenities like the hot tub, game room with a dart board, cornhole, fooze ball, and all the board games you could think of. We rode motorcycles instead lol. This place is a 10 out of 5 stars and we will look to book again in the future.

Amazing

Perfect for anyone wanting to do national park activitis or fish fontana lake. Trout streams are close and youre just a short drive to cherokee as well for those family member that like to gamble. House is clean and beautiful. Beds were comfy. No complaints

Spring break

The house is great for a family get away. Close enough to drive into Bryson City to eat or go to grocery for something to cook. Great hiking and shopping. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable.

Fly fishing trip

Location is very convenient to Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville without being too close to town. Our second visit to this location, we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing experience all around!

A few of us were running a trail race and found out our VRBO cancelled the night before. We found this place, and from start to finish they were exceptional. The house was very clean and welcoming. Communication was top notch. Kitchen was stocked with cooking pans and such. Hot tub was perfect. Would I stay again? I look forward to it!!

Safw, family mountain getaway

The house is as nice as it looks in the photos. Bryson City was beautiful as a Christmas Market and the Polar Express train. The house was exactly what I was looking for: coffee in the morning on the back porch, cozying up on the cough to the gas fireplace, watching the stars from the hot tub. If we are in the area again, we's stay here agoin.
