Nestled off of a quiet dirt road, this off-grid getaway offers modern comforts with a rustic touch - ideal for couples, families, or friends looking to relax, unplug, and explore.


THE SPACE

* Comfortably sleeps 4 with bedding provided:
1 Queen Bed
1 Twin Bunk Bed
1 Futon

* Accommodates up to 6 - Bring sleeping bags for extra guests.

* In-Dome Bathroom - Enjoy a hot shower and flush toilet without having to leave the dome.

* Small Kitchen - Basic cookware, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, gas stove, and mini fridge with freezer.

* Wood Burning Stove - Enjoy the cozy warmth and glow of the wood-burning stove to counter the overnight low temperature.

* Outdoor Fire Table and BBQ Grill - You're camping, who needs an oven or a microwave? Enjoy the ambiance as you sit around the fire table and enjoy your meal cooked on the provided gas grill.

* Off-Grid Solar Power - The Dome is equipped with solar powered electric lights and outlets; charge your phones, run your CPAP, or use your laptop to work off-site. Mini-Split provides air conditioning and heating; however, as this is all solar powered, please use it sparingly to conserve energy.


AMENITIES AND ACTIVITIES

* Access to a Private Reservoir - Property includes access to South Eden Reservoir. Great for paddle boarding, fishing, or relaxing.

* Two Paddle Boards available for a nominal daily fee.

* Dome is surrounded by nature - Enjoy hiking, biking (bring your own), and fishing (property is part of the Utah Walk-In-Access program for fishing, current fishing license is required).

* Dirt Road Access - Ideal for mountain biking.


WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

* Water at site is suitable for showers, flushing toilets, and cleaning, but has not been certified for drinking. We provide some bottled water upon check-in; however, please bring your own drinking water for the duration of your stay.

* The Dome includes a gas stovetop and outdoor BBQ grill; however, there is no oven, microwave, or dishwasher.

* Mini-Split provides heating and air conditioning; however, due to solar power, please use it sparingly.

* The Dome is non-smoking, please do not smoke inside the Dome.

* Rich County maintains South Eden Canyon Road, the access road to the property. Rocks and ruts may be present.

* You're camping, bring mosquito and tic repellent.

* You're camping, the site is surrounded by open wilderness, please observe caution regarding wild animals - including cows ranging on the property.

* No lifeguard on duty, use of reservoir is at your own risk.
