The room was clean and check in was very easy. However, We did expect breakfast and there wasn’t any other than a couple packs of single serve microwavable oatmeal and a pack of cinnamon rolls that were left out all 4 days that we were there.
A beautiful home! The room and the overall aesthetic of the house is amazing. It was so wonderful and super close to downtown. The dining patio was wonderful and Erin was so kind during our weekend.
I really enjoyed my stay here for my solo trip. The house is beautiful and I liked having my own entrance along with a jacuzzi bathtub. There is not an attached shower head but a handheld shower head (I knew this before booking- just giving a heads up for others booking). I did not know that there was not breakfast served. I guess with previous “Bed and Breakfast” places I’ve stayed in Eureka Springs, breakfast has always been included with the stay… so I was a little sad about that especially since the breakfast nook is so beautiful. Other than that I’d say this was a great stay. If you are looking for something close to walk to the shops this is not the place unless you plan on walking far!
We loved the extra kindness from owner. She allowed us to park our SUV & bike trailer in the yard so we could park the Harley in the lot by the house. Bed was comfortable, room stayed cool and the large bathroom was very nice. Only wish there was a lighter to light all the candles around the tub and some soaking bath salts tot get good use of the jacuzzi tub. wasnt expecting there to not be a shower, my fault for not reading descriptions - but it was fine. made me want a nice soak though. Breakfast area was quaint and owner had lots of quick options and water for coffee. worked out perfectly!
Property is gorgeous and just like a dollhouse you might have had as a kid. The bed was the most comfortable one I think I’ve ever slept in outside my own. Very peaceful neighborhood and good for relaxing after a day out. Decorations on theme and well maintained. Hosts were thorough in communication and directions.
Great location to downtown room was clean. Room got a little warm but it was extremely hot outside and it cooled great at night. Loved the eating area open to all visitors. Loved the experience of an old style b and b. Wish there was a actual breakfast option but the snacks and fruit were good.
