Pool and ocean view from balcony, fantastic intercoastal view from upstairs bedroom. All fixtures and furnishings necessary for the perfect vacation stay. New flat screen TV's wifi, cable and phone service . Newly updated 2nd FL Full bath, both bedrooms have flat screen TV(Guest bedroom is wifi only) this is an end unit townhouse 2nd Fl entry. Due to liability laws, the renter must be over 21yo.
