This large, newly renovated A-frame cottage is the perfect getaway that you’ve been searching for! This pond waterfront property is nestled privately in a wooded area, located just 45 minutes from St. John’s, NL. The cottage features:

We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.


Guests will have access to the entire main floor and basement of the cottage, minus the attached garage. We provide fresh linens, towels, toiletries, coffee, tea and basic essentials upon your arrival.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee

Our pet-friendly cottage is open concept, with a vaulted A-frame ceiling in the living room complete with a cozy wood stove. The front of the cottage has a beautiful view of the pond which is visible from the kitchen, dining area, living room and primary bedroom. As you head down the hall you will find a full bathroom and two bedrooms, each with their own closet. The primary bedroom has an ensuite, as well as a sliding door with access to the patio with a beautiful view of the pond.
Downstairs you'll find a large rec room, and an additional bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, double on bottom, twin on top.

The Bluebird Cottage is the last cottage in, ensuring the utmost privacy. There is on-site parking for multiple vehicles. Guests must have their own vehicle for getting around a there is no taxi/bus service.

Your health and safety is our top priority. We perform an enhanced deep cleaning process between every reservation, with special attention to frequently touched spaces.

You can relax knowing that our team is here for you and that your vacation rental will always be nothing less than amazing.
