(HOT TUB) No GLASS in or around the HOT TUB. Use the HOT TUB friendly containers provided. The charge for a forced drain and refill of the hot tub causing no guest interruption in stays is $300.00.
NO PETS NO Smoking in the House. Not following these rules will result in extra cleaning costs.
Please Close and Lock all windows and doors when you leave. Please load and start the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
