Excellent location and lovely home

This is such a cute home in an excellent location right on the water. The check in process was very smooth, and everything we could have possibly needed was available in the home. 20 minutes to St. John’s and grocery stores close by. Thank you for the stay!

Lovely spot!

A great place to be home base for our stay in CBS. The house is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible! The weather turned very cold while we were there and we really appreciated the fireplace. Cute and cozy - it had everything we needed. We hope to visit again one day!

Breath taking!!!

This property was beautiful and the view(location) was spectacular!!! We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for relaxation. It is minutes to anything you may need in conception bay south. It is also 20 minutes to St John’s. The house is also sitting next to the walking path that was the old railroad tracks.Stunning property!!!!

House was wonderful, nautical decor very charming, and you cannot get closer to the Ocean. Only minor issue with the smoke detector going off anytime you cook, but just keep a tea towel handy and you can shut it off quickly. The back deck looked lovely but we didn't use it as it felt a bit uncomfortable to be out there under a security camera, since we were only there for the weekend we just spent time sitting on the beach instead. It would be nice to have those Adirondack chairs on the front lawn to enjoy the view. The location is great, very close to st John’s and the trail in front of the house goes for miles along the ocean. Very relaxing.
